Navee Warranty Policy (Australia)
1. Purpose
This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) hereby outlines Navee’s commitment to providing high-quality after-sales support, including repair, replacement, and related services, for eligible products purchased within Australia from authorised Retailer and Distributors.
This Policy is designed to ensure a consistent, fair, and transparent experience for all customers.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
This Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable law.
3. Scope of Policy
3.1 Eligible Purchases
This Policy applies to Navee products purchased:
- From January 1st 2026
- From www.navee.com.au, or
- Through authorised retailers or distributors within Australia
This Policy is valid for consumer purchases only and does not apply to commercial resale transactions.
3.2 Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
- “Navee”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Subemo Pty Ltd, ABN 94 613 433 800 and its affiliated subsidiaries.
- “You” or “your” refers to the original end-user purchaser of the product and does not include distributors or resellers who purchased the products for resale business.
3.3 Covered Products
This Policy applies to Navee products, including:
- Scooter
- Golf Push Cart
- E-Wagon
Products must be purchased through authorised Australian channels to be eligible.
We warrant that our products:
- Are of acceptable quality
- Are free from defects in materials and workmanship
- Are suitable for normal domestic household use when used in accordance with supplied instructions and manuals.
4. Warranty Coverage
4.1 Warranty Services
If a product experiences a defect during the applicable warranty period, Navee will provide a remedy in accordance with the ACL, which may include:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with an equivalent product
- Refund or other remedy where required by law
4.2 Warranty Period
The manufacturer's warranty period becomes effective from:
- The date of purchase, as shown on a valid proof of purchase; or
- From the date of delivery (if later)
If proof of purchase is not available, the warranty period may be deemed to commence three (3) months from the manufacturing date recorded on the product.
Warranty periods vary by product and model (refer to product warranty schedule).

4.3 Repairs and Replacements
- Where a product is replaced, the warranty period shall continue from the date of original product purchase date.
- Where a product is repaired, it will be covered by:
- The remainder of the original warranty period; or
- Three (3) months from the repair date, whichever is longer.
4.4 How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service:
- Contact Navee Customer Service for support and guidance to bring or send the product to Navee’s authorised service centre for inspection and repair services.
- Bring the product to the place of purchase for retailer to assist in sending the product to Navee’s authorised service centre to conduct aftersales services.
5. Warranty Limitations
Navee products are engineered and designed for normal use only.
Warranty services will be terminated in the following situations:
- The damaged parts have exceeded the warranty period;
- The customer cannot provide a warranty card or invoice, or the information on the warranty card does not match the invoice;
- The product is damaged due to human factors, such as crashes, aggressive driving, etc.;
- The product is damaged due to force majeure, such as fire, earthquake, flooding, etc.;
- The product is damaged due to improper use, maintenance, or adjustment by the user, contrary to the user manual;
- The product is used under conditions beyond normal use, causing malfunction or damage;
- The product is disassembled or repaired by personnel or service centers not authorized by Navee;
- The warranty card or product information is deliberately damaged, including scratching, tearing, or alteration;
- Other malfunctions and damages not caused by product design, manufacturing, or quality issues.
- Routine maintenance of the scooter (such as brake adjustments, tire inflation, etc.) is not covered under the warranty. If the user opts to have such maintenance performed at a service centre, the relevant costs will be charged.
In the above situations, users are required to pay for the corresponding repair costs.
6. Fee-Based Repair Services
For products that do not meet the warranty terms but are eligible for repair, Navee offers paid repair services. The repair service charges may include:
- Inspection fees
- Labour charges
- Replacement parts
- Shipping fees
You will be advised of any applicable charges before repairs proceed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Navee does not assume, nor has it authorised anyone to assume on its behalf, any other obligations or liabilities related to the product, its components, accessories, service repairs, or this limited warranty. Navee is not responsible for any loss of use of the product, its components, or accessories, or for any inconvenience or other losses or damages arising from any defect in the product, its components, accessories, or service repairs. Furthermore, Navee is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages that the purchaser may incur.
This limited warranty is the only warranty applicable to the product and its components, accessories, and service repairs. Navee and its affiliates disclaim all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for warranties implied by applicable law that cannot be excluded, limited, or modified. To the extent permitted by law, any such implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty, or to the duration prescribed by applicable national/state law, whichever is shorter. Some Territories do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Additionally, some countries/states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to certain purchasers.
Navee's total and aggregate liability for any and all claims arising under this agreement, as well as any and all applicable warranties at law, is limited to the repair or replacement of any defective product at Navee's sole discretion. All incidental and consequential damages are excluded, except where such limitations and exclusions are prohibited by applicable law. Some Territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you
This clause does not limit your rights under the ACL.
8. Privacy
We may collect personal information to process warranty claims and provide after-sales services.
Your information will be handled in accordance with:
- Our Privacy Policy; and
- Applicable Australian privacy laws
Information may be shared with authorised service providers where necessary.
9. Additional Conditions
- Warranty is valid only for products purchased in Australia (official Navee website, authorised dealers and distributors).
- International warranty is not supported
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; if thedelivery information is incorrect or the recipient refuses to receive the goods, the resulting loss shall be borne by the end-buyer.
- Personal modifications (e.g. stickers or custom finishes) are not covered
- Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Product with non-delivery or return upon rejection, we will take custody of the goods for you, and the resulting storage fees and any other possible costs shall be borne by you. The products not claimed within 30 (calendar) days may be disposed of by Navee's Repair Centre.
10. General Terms
- Navee may update this Policy from time to time
- The latest published version will apply
- If any provision is inconsistent with applicable law, the law will prevail
